’HELGEN V.48’ is our barrel aged Chenin Blanc. The organically grown grapes comes from Château de la Viaudère in Anjou, France. The wine was aged in two barrels, one 225 litre and one 400 litre, and then blended together. It taste of white flowers, sunshine, bee wax and juicy peaches.
