Our first ever Blaufränkisch has got the name ”Punkdrömmar”, a juicy, quaffable, moreish wine that is full on without any heaviness. The incredible label is a collab with our friends [Ingenting] - Stockholm's finest Indie band.

Om vinet
2nd of October the Blaufränkisch grapes from Weingut Heinrich in Burgenland arrived at the winery. 40% of the grapes were then destemmed and crushed, 20% were left as whole bunch and 40% of the grapes were whole bunch pressed on top of the destemmed grapes and whole bunches. After nine days of fermentation the free run wine was drained off to a stainless steel tank and the berries were pressed. After a few days the free run and press wine were blended together and then transferred to stainless steal and an old 500-liter barrel. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration in March 2021.
